CHARITY WORK OF SHADES (THAILAND)

DONATION FOR THE PHUKET SUNSHINE VILLAGE FOUNDATION

It was a pleasure to donate a huge shade sail to the Phuket Sunshine Village. Working together with the Director K.Wanasiri and the children was a great expirience. The finishing of the shade sail was celebrated together with mebers of the board from the PSV, staff and of course the children of the PSV. Everybody is very happy about the new shade sail donated in a combined action of:

SOI DOG FOUNDATION, PHUKET

The Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket does a wonderful job caring for previously un-loved stray dogs of the island.

The foundation’s new facility in Mai Khao lacked shade for the dogs and Shades was happy to lend a hand with multi-coloured shade structures made with shade cloth off-cuts. However, our off-cuts bin soon emptied, so our principal supplier of shade cloth, Halifax Vogel Group Asia Limited stepped in and generously sent to us more fabric to allow us to continue with this work.
